Cooking Lesson: Lattice Top Peach Pie
The other day I made a couple of pies for a little get together at my brother-in-law’s house. Since I always seem to get compliments and questions regarding the lattice top crust on my peach pie, I thought I’d show you how it’s made. In the video, I’m assuming you’re either familiar with making pie crust or you’ll be using ready-made crusts. There is an ingredient list for both the crust and the filling, but I don’t go through the steps of making the pie crust dough. Once again, I used a microphone that only gave me sound out of the left speaker don’t be alarmed if there’s no voice sounds out of the right speaker. Luckily, this video is only about one-third the length of the Vegetable Tian video. Not afraid of editing now.
